The Evolution of the Tennis Forehand
Ever since new types of racquets have been designed, there were great changes in the tennis forehand. Did you know that they tennis players long ago use racquets made out of wood? They were made primarily out of wood but they break easily. The racquets we have today are greatly different. We have more durable racquets these days. In fact, tennis players have changed techniques in games, all because of new racquet designs. The racquets used today are lighter, bigger, and stiffer compared to the wooden racquets allowing players to hit the ball with more power and control. These changes greatly influenced tennis forehand.
