A Response To “My Last Day Without a Jog: 1971″

I understand the drive to run every day; for the past almost 30 years I have run almost every day either inside or out; A runner can’t explain to a non runner how a day feels incomplete without running, or the amazing physical and emotional lift that comes at the end of every run; also, there is a list probably as long as my arm of important health and physical fitness articles benefits for runners, such as control of weight, blood pressure and cholesterol; finally, as with other human ventures that are adhered to for long periods of time, there is the added benefit of increased self discipline and persistence
