New year’s resolution to get rid of belly fat
Whose new year’s resolution was to get rid of belly fat this year? Mine certainly was even though it has been for the past year. I actually bought things to aid me on journey of losing weight this year. Both my friend and I have been struggling to get off the weight from the past year and so far it hasn’t done much. A couple pounds every now and again but nothing even close to our end results. As you can imagine this is extremely frustrating as well as daunting. Hopefully all of the equipment I’ve bough will help me.
