When I was a child I was in a restaurant with my parents eating dinner when someone had a heart attack and fell over knocking everything on the table to the floor as he gripped onto the table cloth. It was enough noise to stir up the whole restaurant. When someone yelled “does anyone know CPR” and the room got quiet, I wondered why nobody answered. I never forgot that day.
