Computer issues
I have just spent the last hour of my life wasted completing an online life term insurance policy application only for my computer to crash before I finished it. All of the questions I have answered and time I spent typing the mountain of information they required has been lost and I am faced with having to do it all again. This is so infuriating but it beats calling up their customer services contact centre and being left with the undesirable task of explaining everything I have just had to type to somebody in India who can’t speak the same language as me!
