Healthy Urban Kitchen Cookbook

Want to eat healthy without feeling like your only food options are carrots and tofu?  I know the feeling.  I’ve tried a lot of different diets in my 28 short years on this planet, and I can tell you that some diets are extremely restrictive.  I’ve actually found it to be far better in the long run to just adapt healthy eating habits.  I know it’s harder to make lifestyle changes than just short term changes for a few weeks when you want to lose weight, but I have to tell you it’s really nice to not keep losing the same weight over and over again and never make any real progress.  One book I love for recipes is the Healthy Urban Kitchen Cookbook – give it a try.
